Trainer Tip Tuesday…Compound Exercises

Compound exercises are a set of exercises that create multi-joint movements and the entire exercise requires the use of various muscle groups.  These compound moves can work a lot of muscles in short period of time.  They are great for those that have very limited time, but want to get a full body workout in.  These are especially time saving when you perform them circuit style (one right after the other with minimal rest between sets).  Here are 3 easy compound moves for you to try….the squat, curl, press, the dead lift to upright row, and the lunge to front raise.
