What I Ate Wednesday    

Breakfast- coconut milk, spinach, water, frozen blueberries, pumpkin puree and chocolate protein powder,

Green Smoothie

Snack-

Pre and Post workout snacks

Lunch- lean ground turkey, black beans, and diced tomatoes with green chilies

quick "chili"

Snack- apple, protein shake and Advocare Spark

Pre workout fuel

Post exercise– tea latte

Reduced calorie peppermint tea latte

Dinner– grilled chicken , black beans, 1 tortilla, salsa and 2% sharp cheddar cheese

Chicken taco bowl

Snack– organic rice cake and biscoff spread

Before bed snack
