monday-

metabolic testing + treadmill test (done)

spin (class) (done)

lift weights

tuesday-

run 3-5 miles  (5.56!) (done)

healthy bodies (class) taught k-boxing (done)

wednesday-

muscle and movement (class) might count this as my lifting day?  push ups/lunges/suqats/biceps/abs/ lat  pull downs

thursday-

run 3-5 miles –change of plans…this will be elliptical.

saturday-

run 8-10 ( base training with my new HR numbers) kinda excited about this. I’m a nerd.
