Goals for the upcoming week……

It’s that time again!  Time to have a plan.  It’s difficult to plan around my classes, but I like to try.  I usually fail, but let’s give it another go!

 

Goals/Plan for the week of November 7-12

monday-

metabolic testing + treadmill test

my treadmill testing gear...don't be jealous. 🙂

spin (class)

lift weights

tuesday-

run 3-5 miles

healthy bodies (class)

wednesday-

muscle and movement (class)

spin (class)

thursday-

run 3-5 miles

core

friday-

spin  (class)

lift

spin (class)

saturday-

run  8-10 ( base training with my new HR numbers) kinda excited about this.  I’m a nerd.

 

Do you plan out your weekly exercise goals?  Do you write them down?  Do you just go with the flow and do whatever?
