Goals ~July 3-9th

Goals for this week:

Running:  4x (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Sat)

Bike: 2x (Tues/Wed)

Flexibility 2x( Wed/Fri)

Core: 2x (Mon/Wed)

Foam Roll: 3+(whenever)

Kettlebell: 1x (Tues)

Other weight training: 1x ( Thursday)

This seems like a lot.  This is on top of my 3 spin classes this week, so we will see what happens.  I figure it’s OK to aim high.  I don’t have a race this coming weekend and I am still in training mode for my duathlon on the 16th.  I hope to make Tuesday a short little brick as well.  Wish me luck!   🙂
