Goals and Such for the week

My goals for this week.   There is really no need to re cap last weeks goal’s now is there???  NOPE. 

Run 3x ( mon, tue, thur)

Bike 2 times ( tues/thur)

Brick 1x ( thurs)

Weight train 1x (mon)

Flexibilty/core 2x ( Mon/Wed)
Foam Roll ( what is that again?!?!) 3x or more. 🙂
