apple/herbal tea
* cardio workout and weights, water

oatmeal
grapefruit (1/2), tea

brown rice, ground turkey, salsa and broccoli, water

2 rice cakes with walnut butter and pecan butter
whole grapefruit

turkey, brown rice, sautéed spinach and onions with salsa and a few baked sweet potato pieces

tea

I was pretty full today and did not end the night with some fruit.
